Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is free on every plan, and there are no server costs — the platform runs on our infrastructure. On the native engine you also skip third-party dealing-server license fees entirely.
What is not included in the subscription?
Third-party provider fees are separate: payment providers charge their own transaction fees, KYC vendors bill per verification, and liquidity is your own arrangement. If you bring your own MT5 or Match-Trader server, its license remains your contract with that vendor.
Can I start on Launch and upgrade later?
Yes. The Full Suite modules — reports, leaderboards, sales-floor TV, the support desk, and the casino, sportsbook, and investment verticals — are per-brand toggles on the same platform, so upgrading is a configuration change, not a migration.
I already run MT5. Which plan is mine?
Enterprise. Your MT5 server stays where it is, connected through the MT5 Manager Web API, and Altrogi runs the CRM, client portal, and back office around it. The scope of that integration varies by brokerage, so we price it per project.
How fast can I go live?
Standard setups go live in as little as 48 hours: book a demo, configure branding, accounts, payments, and KYC, connect your trading platform, and launch. Operator-side items — licensing, banking, PSP approvals — are usually the long poles, not the platform.
Do you provide regulatory licenses?
No. Altrogi is the technology layer of your brokerage. Obtaining and maintaining a brokerage license is the operator’s responsibility — the platform ships compliance tooling such as KYC, maker-checker approvals, and audit trails, but tooling is not a license.
