Platform Comparison

Altrogi vs. DXtrade for Your Brokerage

Evaluating DXtrade for a new brokerage? Here is how the full Altrogi Suite compares — done honestly. Devexperts is a serious vendor and we say so. And unlike most comparison pages, we will tell you up front: Altrogi does not host or integrate DXtrade.

Start With the Right Question

DXtrade is a trading platform. A brokerage is a stack.

Give Devexperts its due. The company has been building trading software since 2002 — its engineering history includes the thinkorswim platform — and DXtrade is its SaaS trading platform for FX/CFD brokers: white-labeled web, iOS, and Android apps, a broker back office for risk and dealing settings, hosted and maintained by the vendor, with deployment Devexperts markets as a matter of days. That institutional pedigree is real.

But a terminal is one layer of a brokerage. You also need a CRM and sales floor, a client portal, payment rails, KYC, an IB program, and a way to run more than one brand. With DXtrade, those pieces are typically separate vendors — each a contract, each an integration you own.

The Altrogi Suite ships the whole stack: AltTrade for trading, AltCore for the client portal and payments, AltCRM for sales and back office, and AltOps to run every brand from one install.

Side by Side

The full-stack comparison.

A ○ is not a knock — DXtrade’s integration ecosystem is how the platform is designed to work. It is a count of the vendors, contracts, and integrations you will own.

Capability DXtrade (Devexperts) The Altrogi Suite

Scope of the product The trading layer, by design 30+ modules — trading, portal, CRM, operations
Risk & dealing back office Included — margins, spreads, execution settings AltCRM risk surveillance, maker-checker approvals
CRM & sales floor Third-party vendor AltCRM, included

Casino, sportsbook, and invest are part of Growth & Revenue — toggles on the same platform, not separate products.

The Honest Gap

Altrogi is not a DXtrade host.

Let’s not bury it. Altrogi’s trading platform gateways are MetaTrader 5, Match-Trader, and our own license-free native engine — DXtrade is not one of them, and there is no connector. So there is no keep-DXtrade-and-add-Altrogi-around-it story on this page, the way there is for MT5. If your brokerage is already committed to DXtrade as its terminal, the honest advice is that Altrogi is the wrong CRM and portal for it. This comparison is for brokers still choosing their stack.

  • Gateways today: MetaTrader 5, Match-Trader, and the Altrogi native engine — not DXtrade
  • No connector and no coexistence path — committed DXtrade brokers should look elsewhere for CRM
  • Still evaluating? Then the comparison on this page is exactly the decision in front of you
Looking at a DXtrade Alternative?

One suite instead of a platform plus a vendor list.

If DXtrade is on your shortlist, the real comparison is not terminal versus terminal. It is DXtrade plus a CRM vendor, a portal vendor, a KYC vendor, and PSP integrations — against one suite that ships all of it. As a DXtrade alternative, Altrogi replaces the vendor list, not just the terminal: AltTrade in the browser, AltCore for clients, AltCRM for the floor, AltOps for the brands.

And if part of your book will always want MetaTrader, that is a supported setup here — MT5, Match-Trader, and native accounts run side by side under one brand, routed per project or per trading account. See what a launch involves on the white-label brokerage page, compare the terminal angle in Altrogi vs. MetaTrader, or read the wider field in MT5 white-label alternatives.

The integrations page lists exactly what connects — and the documentation goes deeper.

Launch in four steps

  • Book a demo and walk the suite with our team
  • Configure branding, account types, payments, and KYC
  • Connect your trading platform and providers
  • Go live — days, not months
  • Add brands later from the same install, via AltOps
Total Cost, Framed Honestly

Count the contracts, not just the platform fee.

Devexperts quotes DXtrade pricing directly, and Altrogi’s plans are public too — from $1,500/month with zero setup fee, on the pricing page. What we won’t invent is the rest of the assembled stack’s numbers — those vary too widely to be honest on a marketing page. The difference is structural.

The DXtrade route
  • The platform itself — SaaS terms quoted by Devexperts
  • A CRM vendor — contract plus integration
  • A client portal vendor — contract plus integration
  • A KYC vendor — contract plus integration
  • Copy trading — via a third-party integration
  • A platform arrangement for each additional brand
The Altrogi route
  • One vendor, one contract
  • AltTrade, AltCore, AltCRM, and AltOps included
  • Copy trading and algorithmic bots built in
  • KYC built in, with switchable providers
  • Many brands from one install
  • No dealing-server license cost on the native engine

One stack against a stack of vendors — that is the comparison that decides your operating cost.

Straight Answers

Frequently asked questions.

Does Altrogi integrate DXtrade?

No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Altrogi’s trading platform gateways are MetaTrader 5 (via the MT5 Manager Web API), Match-Trader, and Altrogi’s own license-free native engine. There is no DXtrade connector. If your brokerage is committed to DXtrade as its terminal, Altrogi is not the CRM or portal for it — this page is for brokers still deciding.

Is DXtrade a bad platform?

No. Devexperts is an established vendor — founded in 2002, with an institutional pedigree that includes building the thinkorswim platform — and DXtrade is a capable SaaS trading platform with white-labeled web, iOS, and Android apps and genuinely fast deployment. The honest question is not whether DXtrade is good; it is what else a brokerage needs around any terminal, and how many vendors that takes.

Do MQL4/MQL5 Expert Advisors run on either platform?

On neither, as far as honesty allows us to say. Industry reviews consistently note that MQL EAs do not run on DXtrade, and they do not run on AltTrade either. AltTrade ships its own built-in algorithmic bots — Grid, Martingale, and Reverse Martingale strategies. If your book depends on custom EAs, the platform for those traders is MetaTrader 5 — which Altrogi does integrate, side by side with native accounts under one brand.

What does DXtrade leave for other vendors?

DXtrade includes a broker back office for risk and dealing settings — margins, spreads, execution — which is real value. But a CRM and sales floor, a client portal, payment rails, and KYC are typically sourced from separate vendors, each with its own contract and integration. The Altrogi Suite ships those pieces as AltCRM and AltCore, with KYC and 9+ payment rails built in.

How fast can I launch on Altrogi?

Provisioning takes days, not months, in four steps: book a demo, configure branding, account types, payments, and KYC, connect your trading platform and providers, and go live. That covers the full stack — terminal, portal, CRM, and multi-brand operations — not just the trading layer.

Can DXtrade accounts and Altrogi accounts run side by side?

No. The side-by-side story Altrogi offers is for MetaTrader 5, Match-Trader, and native-engine accounts, which run together under one brand and are routed per project or per trading account. Because there is no DXtrade gateway, there is no coexistence path for DXtrade — choosing Altrogi alongside DXtrade would mean running two disconnected stacks, which we would not recommend.
